Dental Educare is the charitable arm of Tower Hill Dental Practice, dedicated to supporting those most in need through dental care and education across Calderdale and the surrounding areas. The team is committed to promoting preventative oral health and delivering dental services directly to the community and local schools.
Children’s oral health remains a serious concern, with rising rates of tooth decay, preventable pain, and missed school days due to untreated dental issues. Early intervention and education are vital to improving long-term health outcomes and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
The lack of NHS appointments has left many without essential dental care, particularly vulnerable groups such as pregnant women. Although entitled to free NHS dental treatment, many expectant mothers struggle to find a dentist accepting new patients.
To help address this issue in Calderdale, Dental Educare, is launching its first initiative to support expectant mothers by providing free dental care for pre- and post-natal women and their children until the age of five.
Unfortunately, we are unable to support everyone, primarily due to limited funding and resources. However, our team is committed to offering free advice and guidance to all, ensuring everyone has access to essential oral health information.
If you are eligible for one of our funded projects, we will do our utmost to provide care and support throughout your journey with us.
